October 1965 Toys & Playthings - Trade Magazine Advertisement
published by The Canadian Toy Association, 8¼" x 11"
The Canadian Toy Association is a manufacturer and retailer organization dedicated to promoting toy and related industries through numerous marketing tools which, in addition to this in-house magazine, includes an annual fair in late January which is only open to the trade.
On occasion, in recent years the Canadian Toy Collectors' Society www.ctcs.org has been provided with free space to set up a small toy museum for the duration of the show.
The CTCS is a large well established organization in their own right and every October runs the oldest (since 1973) and without a doubt the best collectible vintage toy show and sale in Canada. The CTCS also has an impressive collection of Canadian made toys as well as toys with a distinctive Canadian flavour which includes a few Tri-ang Hornby items.
